ReOpen recent folders and programs with a hotkey

ReOpen is an enhanced version of FolderCache that has an additional list for programs. Usage is exactly the same. The default hotkey for ReOpen is Shift-Pause. Both programs have a Set Hotkey command in the Tray Menu to change the hotkey.
