IconXTractor extracts icons, which you probably figured out just by looking at its name. Think of it as a crowbar that’ll pry those pictures out of files with EXE, DLL, CPL, ICL, CUR, BMP, or SCR extensions. Now, you can use those icons for other images, programs, or shortcuts. The interface is self-explanatory; just click on a folder and the icons will appear. You can then choose to save them as icons or a BMP / JPG image.
