At least 3 new Android phones this year from HTC

According to the IDG News Service, a comment attributed to Peter Chou, CEO of smartphone maker HTC, indicates that the company is planning to release at least 3 new Android based smartphones in 2009.

We are assuming that the HTC Magic, which was announced at Mobile World Congress last month, is one of the 3 devices.
