StepMania is a rhythm game for Windows, Mac, and Linux. It features 3D graphics, keyboard and “dance pad” support, and an editor for creating your own steps.
StepMania can be played with a keyboard or with dance pads. The game is much more involved and fun with a dance pad though.
StepMania, in addition to being a fun game and great way to exercise, is also a learning tool for developers around the world. The source code to StepMania is freely available through our SourceForge project.
